Jim Childs, AIA

Owner/Architect, Jim is a licensed architect with vast experience. He has worked for both large and small firms, as a consultant & business owner for 30 years. His knowledge of building and codes, including project management and supervision, is instrumental to the success of our projects. His artistic drawing skills give him the capability to convey his one of a kind design concepts. Jim has design experience in projects ranging from large commercial, government, and educational buildings to custom detailed high-end residences, many of which are located in the Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs. Golf course and resort designs are also a part of Jim’s experience which he approaches with the enthusiasm of a hobby and the skill of a career.

Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Kansas State University;

Licenses / Accreditations: Licensed Architect in Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, and Florida. Member of the AIA. NCARB certified;
